Heidi Bradley

Heidi has been connected to the real estate world since high school, spending many years as a real estate broker and managing broker in her father’s office. When he retired and the office closed, she transitioned into the title side of the industry and went on to work with an attorney as both a closer and processor, where she helped build a fully in-house closing and processing program.

She aligns most with the company value Continuous Innovation, always looking for new ways to improve processes and better support the people they serve.

Heidi loves working in this field because every transaction is different. The constant learning, changing details, and the joy of helping people find their homes are what keep her inspired!

She is a mom to a 21-year-old college student and recently moved across the country to be closer to her. She also helped raise two wonderful stepchildren who are now grown and thriving. Although she doesn’t currently have pets due to her housing situation, she’s had dogs, mostly German Shepherds her entire life and looks forward to getting another in the future.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys baking (including running a part-time cottage bakery before moving), reading, photography, and cooking. As someone new to the area, she’s still exploring, but loves how much there is to do and is excited to discover more of her new town!
